Refund and Cancellation Policy - 2024

If you are unable to honor your reservation, you will recieve a coupon redeemable within one year of the original reservation date, for the same number of nights on your original reservation, in a similar camping spot. All reservations redeemed in 2025 will be honored for daily camping. Starting 2025, long-term, 30 day stays available. Daily reservations for 2025 begin March 1, 2025.

Mail and Package Policy

Any mail or packages sent to Gitche Gumee will be held for three months. After this time all mail and packages will be discarded. We are not responsible for lost content or any items sent to our office that is not claimed within these three months or after that. While in our possession of your mail or packages, we are not responsible for pieces, content or mail.
