RV Park-Open Year Round, yes water at the campsite-snowmoblie trail right here!! Gitche Gumee RV Park is a unique place to experience Michigan camping at it’s finest. Located right off the sandy beaches of Lake Superior near Marquette, MI, Gitche Gumee is the perfect place to escape and relax. We offer space for campers big and small. Full hookup, Electric 50 30 20 amp, water and sewer. We are in “Iron” country, so water sometimes reflects that 🙂
ATV Trails
Four-wheel (ATV) enthusiasts have hundreds of miles of trails, roads and sand dunes to explore, right out the back. Drive right to the dunes from your campsite for days on end.
Tent sites
We like our tenters…Each site is spacious and wooded with picnic table and grill at each site. And don’t forget to bring your friends, we welcome large groups as well with community firepit areas.
Campfires
Enjoy a nice campfire on site or on the beach! Ours is the cleanest beach in the area. Our beach provides a quiet atmosphere, where you may enjoy the tranqile atmosphere of beautiful Lake Superior. Imagine, a picturesque surrounding, with you and your loved ones, sharing a special moment by an open fire.
